Tammi was personable, professional, and extremely proactive throughout our home-buying process. During our search, she provided a wide array of options that met our stated requirements, organized them so that we could visit four or five at a time after work, and adjusted her recommendations based on our reaction to the choices. Once we settled on a house, she worked tirelessly with the seller's agent, lenders, and title company to reach closure as smoothly as possible. When the seller's contractor left the kitchen sink running and caused a minor flood two days before closing, she responded immediately to resolve the problem, both physically and legally, and kept us involved and informed the entire time. Outstanding service!

Tammi called me that a home was on the market that I should see ASAP cuz I had put in 4 offers elsewhere & they would go under contract immediately. I said not today cuz I wasn’t feeling great. After an hour went by, I texted her I would go see it she was in the pool with her family & met me in an hour. I love the house , put in my offer & I moved in Aug 20th.
