As our broker, Tammi worked to find us the perfect house. It had to be old, open and airy, and have a big kitchen. Score! There were some hiccups with the seller's side and with our lender but Tammi stayed on top of everything, kept us fully informed, and treated us exceptionally well. Tammi was personable, professional, and extremely proactive throughout our home-buying process. During our search, she provided a wide array of options that met our stated requirements, organized them so that we could visit four or five at a time after work, and adjusted her recommendations based on our reaction to the choices. Once we settled on a house, she worked tirelessly with the seller's agent, lenders, and title company to reach closure as smoothly as possible. When the seller's contractor left the kitchen sink running and caused a minor flood two days before closing, she responded immediately to resolve the problem, both physically and legally, and kept us involved and informed the entire time. Outstanding service!
